Rozan
T's family treated me to a sushi feast at Rozan for T's dad's birthday. Rozan is the sister restaurant of Ginsai and is an intimate 12 seater sushi bar. The sushi was very fresh and you could tell that Chef Masa is highly skilled and takes pride in serving expertly prepared sushi. While everything was of high quality, I would not say that it is the best sushi I've had in Hong Kong but the toro and the uni was exceptionally memorable. Service was attentive and polite and we were all quite impressed with the local Hong Kong waiter's japanese skills. The sake selection is also very good and I think Rozan is a good choice for a intimate and serene dinner.
