Girls night in

Went over to my friends M's place with my girlfriends to have a fun cook night! We decided to make Momofuku's blueberry and cream cookies along with bacon mac and cheese (my speciality), balsamic lamb chops, and a salmon avocado salad with Japanese sesame dressing. The cookies took a ridiculous amount of time and effort to make, and we also had to use a ridiculously small grater to grate all the cheese, which all resulted in a super fun and enjoyable evening.
